	1.	cancellation policy
if you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
last-minute cancellations may result in a $50 fee, which must be paid before re-booking.
if no notice is given and the fee isn’t paid, future appointments may be declined.
my time is valuable, and i truly appreciate clients who respect that!

2.	late arrival policy
If you’re more than 20 minutes late you may be asked to switch to a quicker style to stay within your scheduled time and pay for the full price of the service you booked for.

3.	hair prep & wash policy
please come to your appointment with clean, product-free, and detangled hair if wash & detangle service is not added.
if hair seems to be matted, detangled or not washed thoroughly you may be asked to add a wash & detangle service.
price varies from $15+ depending on time required.
